If you’ve struggled for years with unsuccessful attempts to get in shape, we empathize with your situation. In fact, I personally found myself in the same position back in 2017. The fitness industry can be overwhelming, bombarding you with contradictory advice that only adds to your stress and frustration when you don’t see the results you desire.

It’s completely normal to doubt your decisions and wonder whom you can trust with confidence. The abundance of conflicting information often leaves you feeling confused, frustrated, and anxious.

We understand that many people waste valuable time and money trying to navigate this journey alone, often causing more harm than good. That’s why having an experienced coach by your side is invaluable. A coach who has walked the same path as you and has years of experience in the very things you’re currently trying to figure out.

Our online coaching program has successfully assisted over 100+ individuals, just like you, in breaking free from years of frustration and achieving their fitness goals.

We understand that each individual is unique, and that’s why we believe in tailoring our programs to suit your specific needs. No two bodies are alike, so why should a fitness program be the same for everyone? With us, you can expect personalized programs designed to align with your experience, schedule, preferences, and injury history.

To ensure that we create the perfect program for you, we have a comprehensive form that covers all these important details. But we don’t stop there. We’ll also hop on a call with you to discuss your needs in even greater detail.

This personalized approach guarantees that the workouts you perform are not only aligned with your goals but are also safe and effective, enabling you to achieve maximum results.

In your program, you’ll find every exercise linked to instructional videos. These videos are specifically designed to teach you the correct technique for each exercise. All you need to do is grab your phone, click on the exercise name in your program, and you’ll have access to step-by-step instructions on how to perform the exercise safely and effectively.

This emphasis on safety and proper form ensures that you not only make progress but also have the confidence to carry out your workouts, whether you’re at the gym or in the comfort of your own home. So, rest assured, with our program, you’ll stay safe, make the most of your fitness journey, and have the peace of mind of knowing you’re doing things right.

Workout form guidance

We go the extra mile to provide you with comprehensive exercise form guidance. We understand that proper form is crucial for maximizing the benefits of your workouts. That’s why we offer a dedicated service to evaluate your training videos and provide feedback to help you perfect your form.

Whether it’s through video analysis, audio notes, or even a personalized video call, we are committed to ensuring that you grasp the exact form of each exercise. Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and skills needed to perform exercises safely and effectively.

A tailored nutrition plan and ongoing guidance

You’ll get clear, concise instructions on how many calories you should consume, along with other details like food choices, substitutions, and dieting strategies.

Everything is done with your nutritional preferences, likes, and dislikes in mind. During our comprehensive form and call, we take the time to understand your nutritional requirements and preferences. If there’s something we recommend for your benefit, we’ll clearly explain the reasons behind it and guide you on how to incorporate it into your plan.

Gone are the days of sifting through online information and dealing with contradictory results. With us, you can say goodbye to the confusion and frustration. We provide you with a customized dietary plan that allows you to enjoy the foods you love while still making progress toward your goals.

Weekly check-ins via call or email

You will check in with me once a week so that I can evaluate your progress and make necessary adjustments, as well as share any views or suggestions on how the week went and where improvements can be made. This allows us to stay in touch, and if you have a problem, we can go through it in depth and devise a solution that works for you at that moment.

Detailed tracking sheet

If you hold the belief that fitness is solely determined by body weight, it’s time to reconsider. Achieving your fitness goals, whether it’s muscle growth or fat reduction, involves considering multiple factors beyond just your body weight. We understand the complexity of this journey, and that’s why we closely monitor and track these factors on a weekly and daily basis.

By committing to regularly filling out our monitoring sheets, you gain valuable insights into what it truly takes to achieve long-term fitness. These sheets serve as a window into your progress, acting as the eyes of your coach. Based on the data you provide, we will engage in meaningful discussions and make necessary adjustments to ensure you’re on the right track.

We believe in the power of data-driven coaching. Your commitment to diligently filling out these sheets allows us to make informed decisions, tailor our approach to your specific needs, and guide you toward sustainable fitness results.

Remember, fitness is a holistic journey that encompasses various elements. It’s not just about body weight. With our comprehensive monitoring system, we consider the multiple facets that contribute to your overall fitness. Together, we’ll navigate through the data, make necessary changes, and keep you on the path to long-term success.

On going education

You are simply not given the plan and then expected to carry it out. We all know that you have to become self-sufficient at some point, and that will happen through education. If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime. We believe in providing our clients the knowledge about the program. We encourage our clients to ask questions. They must understand why and what they are doing. This will gradually teach you what to expect and what not to expect, as well as the how and why of the plan. Throughout the program, you will gain knowledge that will enable you to be self-sufficient once you have achieved your goal.

Supplement guidance

Some argue that supplements are steroids and artificial. Some argue that they are completely pointless and that you do not require them. Some argue that you can’t achieve anything without them. They are all incorrect. Supplements exist for a reason. They exist to fill the gaps that your food cannot. We will advise you on your shortcomings based on your lifestyle, food preferences, and what you hope to achieve with us. Cut through the fake and fraudulent supplements sold for profit and use the ones that are truly beneficial to your needs and are supported by scientific evidence.

 Backed by scientific evidence

The coaching method is supported by scientific evidence. If you think you’re doing some weird, fancy thing that looks flashy and offers you instant results, you’re mistaken. You are doing things that have benefited a large number of individuals. These are actual processes that have been repeatedly demonstrated by tens of thousands of studies. Your body is a work of science. So staying fit is also a science. Our coaching is built on a solid foundation. We like fundamentals, and you will need them as well if you want long-term change.

Is online coaching for you?

I’ve had the privilege of witnessing incredible transformations as I’ve helped hundreds of individuals change not only their bodies but also their lives. However, it’s important to understand that coaching is not a magic solution.

I want to be upfront and transparent with you – simply paying for my services doesn’t guarantee automatic results. You’re not buying a guarantee; you’re investing in expertise.

While the process of changing your body, health, and fitness isn’t overly complicated, it’s not easy either. There will be challenging days, moments of frustration, and times when you might contemplate giving up. It requires consistent effort and hard work.

You’ll need to make small sacrifices and let go of certain habits that no longer serve your goals. Understand that there is no magic formula for getting fit. Each person has certain habits or behaviors that hinder their progress, and part of this journey is identifying and overcoming those obstacles. It may involve letting go of certain enjoyable but detrimental habits (bad habits).

Your coach will do everything possible to guide and support you in achieving the best possible results. However, your own efforts are equally vital. If you are fully committed to the program and faithfully follow the diet and exercise plans, you will undoubtedly witness visible results.

Now, I want you to know that I understand that everyone’s situation is unique. There may be times when you genuinely struggle to keep up with the program as designed. With my extensive coaching experience, I can differentiate between genuine need and mere desire. I will prioritize fulfilling your needs while ensuring we focus on the actions that truly lead to the results you desire.

As your coach, I am here to walk alongside you throughout this process. You are not alone in your journey. I have gained valuable insights from my own experiences, and I will leverage that wisdom to support and guide you. We will stay connected, constantly assessing your situation, and making necessary adjustments to keep you moving forward.

I’m here to help you as much as possible, but if you’re not willing to do the work, no amount of coaching is going to help.

If you think this is one of those “4-weeks-to-ripped” things without diet and exercise sorta things: this coaching isn’t specifically for you.

Now, I believe in treating people well and going the extra mile where necessary to help people get good results and genuinely help them. However, I know that I won’t be able to please all people at all times, no matter what I do. My coaching style won’t be the best fit for everyone, and that’s totally fine. Below, I am listing out my style of coaching:

  • I strictly don’t work with clients who are not ready to use a kitchen scale and count calories. Now, I’m not saying this is the only way to get in shape. There are plenty of alternative options. If that’s what you’re looking for, this coaching is probably not for you. However, I believe that calorie tracking is the most effective way to achieve results. If you truly want to go a long way and get the body you’ve always desired, understanding calorie tracking will not only help you get there but will also make you more mindful of the significance of weight maintenance. You can eventually learn how to stop tracking, but for now, this is a necessity.
  • You are willing to cook your meals separately the majority of the time. If you are someone who lives in a joint family and prepares food for a lot of people, you may struggle to follow my style of coaching as cooking your meals may feel like a burden for you. Now I am not rigid with this thing forever. When clients are genuinely unable to do so for whatever reason, we resort to other techniques, but only for a limited time until the situation is resolved. This means that we track our calories accurately the majority of the time in order to achieve the desired results. You should be willing to do this. We try to make this process as convenient for you as possible if you are new or struggling with it.
  • If you are currently under a lot of work or personal stress, now may not be the best time to apply for coaching.
  • This coaching is personalized, which means the plan delivered to you will be based on all the factors taken into consideration. It would be highly tailored to your specifications. You should be ready to share your pictures, measurements, and some personal data (not extremely personal) for me to better understand you and curate a plan that suits you better. The information shared with us would be kept confidential and won’t get shared anywhere else without your written consent.
  • If you’ve been referred by someone, know that your friend, family member, or colleague has understood and implemented the recommendations stated above and obtained the results. You need to be willing to follow my coaching style and method to get similar results.
